Every baby is different—while some families notice positive changes within 2-3 days, others may see results over the course of 1-2 weeks. Together, we’ll make steady progress toward better sleep for your little one.

You can reach out as early as 34 weeks gestation for safe sleep guidance and healthy sleep habits. While I don’t recommend sleep training before 6 months, I offer sleep shaping from 3 months to help establish better sleep patterns. Full payment is required at the time of booking, although payment plans can be discussed if necessary. This payment is 50% refundable up to 72hours prior to your consult. 

I hold an Honours Degree in Midwifery (B.Sc.) and a First Class Honours Master’s in Midwifery Practice (M.Sc.). I am also a certified infant and child sleep consultant, having completed advanced training in the ‘Paediatric Sleep Practitioner Training’ course through EDS, accredited by OCN London.

This specialised course is designed for healthcare professionals working with families, ensuring I’m well-equipped to provide evidence-based sleep support.

I’m based in Dublin, Ireland, but I offer my services internationally via Zoom, Facetime, or phone calls.
