My holistic approach to infant sleep considers your little one’s unique needs while empowering you to feel confident in supporting their restorative sleep.
Hi, I’m Lisa!
I’m a qualified Infant Sleep practitioner (EDS Sleep Training for Professionals) and Midwife (BSc, MSc, University College Dublin), with over 10 years’ experience caring for families in both Dublin and Melbourne.
After years of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and those precious early weeks, I realised just how much sleep is at the heart of it all. The more I worked with parents (and swapped stories with friends), the clearer it became—everyone’s talking about sleep… or the lack of it! That’s when I decided to dive deeper into infant and child sleep and create a service that helps families through this exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) stage of life.
I currently work as a senior Midwife in one of Dublin’s busiest maternity hospitals—and when I’m not there, you’ll find me helping tired parents get the rest they deserve!
Healthy sleep is vital for a child’s development and family well-being. As a midwife, I’ve seen the impact of disrupted sleep firsthand, and I’m here to provide clear, evidence-based guidance you can trust.
Your trusted partner in infant sleep and parenting support. This space is here to guide and support you through your child’s sleep journey—whether navigating newborn sleep tackling sleepless nights with a toddler.

No two families are the same, and neither are my plans. Together, we’ll create healthy, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle and parenting style, helping your little one (and you!) thrive.
